Mutual Ministry Team Purpose: To serve as a support group for the Pastor and staff, and to serve as an open channel of communication between Pastor, staff, and congregation. Responsibilities: Evaluate Pastor and staff based on job descriptions and congregational expectations; Make compensation and benefit recommendations based on evaluations based on evaluations and Synod Guidelines; and, Interview and make hiring recommendation for staff openings.
